A tragic disintegration of East Pakistan in 1971 to become Bangladesh, gave Pakistan new perspectives, in which the Bhutto family other than that of the military regime has reigned like British aristocratic monarchy, like a dynasty more than any other party and family, that has been serving Pakistan.Z.A. Bhutto founded PPP and reinvented Pakistan, as a hyperactive and geo-strategic factor in International Relations. Till he lived the party sworn him the lifelong chairman and country obliged to be his lifelong subject. The country was destined to see the soon fall of Mr. Bhutto, by becoming a legendary history.General Zia’s intervention made the chairmanship hereditary to the Bhutto family and BB rejuvenated the party with same zeal and zest, as her father used to do. Ms. Bhutto too became the lifelong Chairperson of the party. Although the people may owe great adulation to the Bhuttos, the country had been an adversary of their peoples’ politics and policies. However, a tragic demise even more than her father and even that of British Lady Diana, BB met her fate in a fashion that left the country in chaos and panic.Yet the myth prevails and Bhuttos are still at large.
